  • How often should I work out during week with this program?
    The frequency of workouts in the program will be 5 days a week. The specific number of weekly workouts will depend on individual fitness goals, preferences, and available time. Beginners may start with 3 days a week and gradually increase to 5 days as they build stamina and strength.
  • Can your program help me lose weight?

    Fit by Wix is the fitness app (and website builder) we use for you to book classes and sessions, take part in online programs and more on the go. When you first visit our REGULAR site via your mobile phone, you will see the Fit by Wix banner across the bottom. Once you select to use the app and join our site as members, you can view and interact with everything we have to offer, just like you would on the web. The app is great for keeping you engaged in real time with tools like chat, notifications and more.
  • What’s the difference between your website and site on the Fit by Wix app?
    Our main website and site on the Fit by Wix app are synced, but have different layouts and with different capabilities. All of our main website’s content will appear on the app, just with a different look.
